A. Is our product/service makable? How do you know?
Yes, coffee is. Sushi is makable as well. We need to support this by finding some case study or any online information showing how makable the product is. We can roast our own coffee at the shop. We can designate a space to make sushi to make it.
B. Is our product marketable?
Yes. Many people will come just for coffee and will buy sushi for snack or lunch.
C. What is the buying process?
Retail, as a seller, our company get sthe profit more than having some other company to sell our product. Wholesale like Costco, our company to establish our way to get in and sell the product for us. Online buying like Trader Joe and Safeway.
D. Who are the influencers?
One of the influencers we can use is our staff giving coffee samples so the customer can try our coffee. Once they try then can make referrals.
E. Who needs the product and why? F. Is it planned or impulse buy?
Almost everyone, especially college students, professors, bystanders, visitors from other places, and other workers from other side of downtown San Jose.

Taste. The way that we give samples to customers will give them a chance to try our coffee has a different taste.
