My Business Vision

My vision is to concurrent coordinate two big volunteer groups. I know it sounds crazy but unless it keeps me very busy or it can't urge my potential.

One group can utilize my expertise to help for the non-profit organization and another without my expertise.

The one that with my expertise (IT or Computer Science) can have multiple sub teams that can support the big non-profit organization for its network management, computer training and education, web publish and portal, and VoIP telephone system.

The computer education needs to provide the computer training for senior or less computer user rather than the high tech knowledge.

The network management, needs to provide the function of the network traffic control, network quality of service, and Internet function which provide the system that need less engineer routine effect.

The web publish and portal need to provide the web page to publish the non-profit organization and its promotion events. The portal needs to provide its internal transactions and make each team function smoothly.

The VoIP telephone will use the open source program to reduce the cost and provide the links between the headquarters and its branches with the extension to extension free calling.

The one that without my expertise will be used to practice my planning, managing, and communicating skills. It is always happy to work with people and share and gain the experience to and from them. The less expertise required job the more you can see people's potential. Of course, to invite the like-minded people to join the team and work together to help our family or kid for better learning or harmony is the goal. When group grow, the volunteers can start to make friend to each other and still keep the same goal going without much conflict.

First Face to Face Meeting Experience for BUS 600

The BUS 600 is the induction of MBA program.

We learned the spiral program which repeat and repeat the concepts. We also learned the CALMAT education methods and what is CALMAT MBA program covered.

The capstone project also been introduced in the class and I feel it is the final project that summarize all all the concepts we learned and can bring us the idea to start the new career or business.

To group students in the diversity attributes so we can be urged to communicate with someone not familiar and even hard to be dealt with.

Professor has very good concept on project management so each class is always pre-defined well and run under the schedule and efficiently. Not only the groups have been defined but also the meeting schedule and the business name and carries can be done in very short time.
